Lindsay M. Nelson

Lindsay is an associate in KMFY's civil litigation practice group. Since she joined KMFY in 2015, Lindsay has gained experience in a variety of lawsuits, in state and federal court, representing clients that range from local individuals and start-ups to national corporations.

Although her skills and interests are broad, Lindsay focuses her practice on construction and business disputes. In her practice of construction litigation, Lindsay has experience with issues surrounding professional liability, negligence, breach of warranty, building code violations, easements, indemnification, and contribution. In the area of business litigation, Lindsay predominantly handles cases involving breach of fiduciary duties, employment-related disputes, breach of contract, intellectual property matters, minority-member rights, conversion and misrepresentation.

Lindsay also advises clients in the firm’s Business & Finance practice area regarding trademark and copyright registration, employment agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and employee handbooks.
