Mark S. Gervelis

Mark S. Gervelis is a trial lawyer practicing Personal Injury in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and provides representation to clients across the state in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, motor cycle accidents, brain injuries and wrongful death. He maintains practical knowledge of many scenarios his clients face and works tirelessly to get them the compensation they deserve for enduring injuries that were the result of the negligent and reckless actions of another party.

After completing his undergraduate studies  at Youngstown State University, Mr. Gervelis went on to attend the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and received his Juris Doctor along with his license to practice law in Ohio. In subsequent years, he became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Washington, and he has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Mr. Gervelis has garnered the adulation of his peers and many prestigious legal organizations for his methodical approach and the many individuals he has helped in their darkest hour, including his induction into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and being rated Distinguished* through Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, he is board-certified as a civil trial lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Within his legal community, he is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice (Trustee), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the Mahoning Trumbull Trial Lawyers (past president).
