Not stopping there, she embarked on a Ph.D. program in educational policy at The Ohio State University in 2021. 

Admitted to practice in Ohio since 2004 and licensed to operate in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, Ms. Coe has also earned certifications in special education advocacy from William and Mary Law School (2019), leadership in corporate counsel from Harvard Law School (2018) and children’s studies from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (2004).

A respected figure in the legal sphere, Ms. Coe is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Women's Bar Association and the Central Ohio Association of Juvenile Lawyers. Furthermore, the Columbus CEO magazine recognized her excellence in the field and named her among the Best Lawyers in Columbus for Litigation –Labor Employment Benefits for 2022 – 2023.

Before her current role at Arnold & Clifford, Ms. Coe was a senior attorney in the City Attorney's office in Columbus, handling labor and employment issues. She also held significant roles in corporate health and safety governance at North America's premier automated industrial cleaning services provider, overseeing the litigation, employment issues, corporate governance, contract reviews, risk management, compliance and regulatory affairs until 2018.
