Vincent J. Nardone

Vince Nardone is a partner with Walter | Haverfield and the Partner-in-Charge of Walter | Haverfield’s Columbus office. He serves as a business advisor to owners and executives of closely-held businesses, counseling them on business planning, tax planning and controversy, cash-flow analysis, succession planning and legal issues that may arise in business operations. Vince prides himself in committing to and fully understanding the industries in which each of our clients operate, so that he may provide effective business, tax, and legal advice to our clients.

Vince has a Master of Taxation degree in addition to his law degree. He uses that advanced focus in taxation to assist our clients in all aspects of tax planning, tax controversy, and structuring of business operations. Vince is also an adjunct professor at Capital University’s Graduate Tax Center, where he teaches attorneys and CPAs in the areas of business planning, tax planning, and controversy. Plus, he is also a frequent speaker across the state of Ohio on tax and business planning issues impacting closely-held businesses.
