Debra E. Booher

Attorney Debra E. Booher is committed to helping people get a fresh financial start. Her law firm, Debra E. Booher & Associates Co., LPA, assists individuals and families with consumer bankruptcy, credit card debt, car repossessions, home foreclosures, creditor harassment and other financial difficulties.* She represents clients primarily in Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Cleveland and throughout northeastern Ohio.

For her undergraduate education, Ms. Booher studied financial planning at Grove City College in Pennsylvania. She went on to study law at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where she graduated with honors.

Today, Ms. Booher has one of the biggest consumer bankruptcy practices in Ohio, with her firm handling more than 1,500 cases a year. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. district courts for the northern and central districts of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

With her practice devoted exclusively to consumer bankruptcy, Ms. Booher helps individuals from all walks of life to overcome their debt problems through Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy and other methods. She has said that her firm is committed to treating every client with respect and compassion and to handling their cases with integrity.
