Catha Nicol Lyons

Immigration attorney, Catha Nicol Lyons, better known as "Nikki" to her client, is the Managing Member of Larson & Lyons, LLC, located in Dayton, Ohio. Nikki serves her clients with a smart and creative approach to finding immigration benefits. Dedicating her practice entirely to immigration law, Nikki has handled various immigration matters throughout her career. These matters include federal immigration litigation, consular processing, naturalization, waivers, nonimmigrant visas, complex family-based immigration, and employment-based immigration. However, Nikki has a particular focus on providing immigration relief to survivors of labor and sex trafficking as well as survivors of domestic abuse.

Nikki was first admitted to practice law in 2013 in the state of New Mexico. Later, after relocating to Ohio with her family, Nikki was admitted to practice law in Ohio. Currently, she is admitted to the District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the District Court for the District of Columbia, the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review. Nikki is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"), serving on multiple national committees.
