John H. Stachler is a dedicated attorney providing clients with passionate advocacy in matters of personal injury law and business litigation. Working at StachlerHarmon in Dayton, Ohio, he advises clients around Dayton, Springfield, Cincinnati and other counties in Southwest Ohio. With over three decades of experience in trials, he handles cases of wrongful death, workplace injuries, catastrophic injuries and motor accidents, among others.
Additionally, Mr. Stachler represents clients in contract disputes and civil disputes in both corporate and individual matters. He further handles probate and wealth transfer disputes among families. His experience in various fields gives him a deeper understanding of legal proceedings and court procedures. With a compassionate approach, he ensures his clients feel heard and their needs are met. He stays committed to protecting the rights of his clients who were injured by someone else’s negligence.
Upon graduating from Xavier University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Stachler enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law to hone his legal skills. During his time in law school, he worked as a courthouse messenger clerk and an investigator for a large firm in Cincinnati. This experience provided him with the opportunity to understand legal procedures first-hand. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1994 and in the same year, was admitted to practice law in Ohio. He is further admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
In his legal fraternity, Mr. Stachler is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, proving his keen interest in staying up-to-date with the recent developments in his field. His commitment and professionalism have earned him several accolades, including an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. He is also Distinguished* peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell.
