A native of Xenia, Ohio, Justin C. Nidiffer is a sought-after family law attorney working with Kirkland & Sommers, Co., L.P.A., located in Dayton, Ohio. Earning a baseball scholarship to study at the Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Mr. Nidiffer majored in accounting and completed his ungraduated studies at Wright State University in 2009, where he was also on the dean’s list. Later, he obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, receiving a Dean’s Scholarship Award. Working in the law school’s law clinic, he gained valuable experience navigating complex legal issues while helping the indigent section of the population.
In addition, Mr. Nidiffer completed an internship at the Greene County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division, where he returned to serve as a staff attorney for nearly two years. Transitioning to private practice, he gained experience litigating a variety of family law cases as well as civil and criminal law matters.
Joining Kirkland & Sommers, Co., L.P.A., Mr. Nidiffer focused his practice on family law, using the insights and practical knowledge gained from years of experience to help his clients lead better lives. Moreover, his work as guardian ad litem for more than 100 children, appearing on their behalf to protect their interests in the counties of Montgomery and Greene counties, has also been a notable achievement in his career journey so far.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Nidiffer was the former president of the Greene County Bar Association and co-chair of the Dayton Bar Association’s Family Law Section. He is currently a member of the Judiciary Committee of the Greene County Bar Association and serves as the chairperson of the association’s Scholarship Committee. He has also been recognized with a “Superb” rating on Avvo.
