Thomas J. Intili

Thomas J. Intili is a personal injury and wrongful death attorney in Dayton, Ohio, with over 35 years of legal experience. Mr. Intili is a partner at Intili Group, A Legal Professional Association, and represents injury victims and their families throughout the Dayton area.

In his years in practice, Mr. Intili has recovered sizeable verdict and amounts for his clients through both settlements and verdicts. He has experience in cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents and other issues. 

In addition to personal injury, Mr. Intili has experience with complex business and intellectual property litigation, construction litigation and domestic relations law.

In 1982, Mr. Intili graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986, where he received an International Academy of Trial Lawyers award. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida, before various federal and bankruptcy courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd and 6th Circuits.
