Todd T. Miller

Focusing his practice almost exclusively on workers’ compensation claims and appeals, but experienced in personal injury and wrongful death litigation as well, Todd T. Miller is the founder of Todd Miller Law, LLC. Based in Dayton, Ohio, he provides representation to clients throughout the region. Mr. Miller has been certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association, and he has been admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts since 1994.

Mr. Miller’s workers’ compensation clients are area residents who have been injured in a workplace accident or who have incurred an occupational disease such as carpal tunnel syndrome or asbestosis. He helps them seek their rightful benefits under their employer’s insurance coverage, first by assisting them with the preparation of the required claim, making sure that it contains all required documentation and that it is filed in a timely manner. If the claim is later denied by the employer or its insurance provider, Mr. Miller advocates on their behalf in subsequent appeals hearings.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Miller represents people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties, and he has been successful in helping them obtain significant compensation from juries and at the negotiating table. Mr. Miller majored in finance at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1991. He remained in the state for his legal education at the University of Toledo College of Law, and in 1994, he was awarded his Juris Doctor. Mr. Miller is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and other legal organizations.
