While graduating with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Ms. Flynn worked at a law firm that practiced insurance defense. After completing her undergraduate studies, she went on to enroll at the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was the secretary of the Criminal Law Association and participated in the Criminal Law Clinic, gaining early exposure to the workings of the judiciary. She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2023.

Since beginning her practice, Ms. Flynn has guided clients through diverse domestic issues, handling everything from contested divorces to complex custody and support matters. Additionally, she serves as a guardian ad litem for the Greene County Domestic Relations Court, where she investigates family dynamics and advocates directly for the best interests of children involved in custody disputes.
