Todd A. Fichtenberg

Todd A. Fichtenberg is the legal mastermind behind TAF Legal, LLC – a law firm based in Columbus, Ohio. With over a decade of legal experience, he concentrates his practice on intellectual property law with a special focus on trademark protection.

Before diving into law, he completed his Bachelor of Science in computer science at the University of Michigan-Flint in 2007. He earned his license to practice law in Ohio in 2011. 

Additionally, Mr. Fichtenberg is authorized to appear in state and federal courts of Michigan and West Virginia as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

During law school, Mr. Fichtenberg interned at the Law and Leadership Institute and externed for the Honorable Evelyn Stratton at the Supreme Court of Ohio. He honed his skills by working as an associate attorney at various Ohio law firms before establishing TAF Legal, LLC, in 2022. He also shared his knowledge and experience as an adjunct professor of law at the Columbus State Community College for over six years, inspiring future legal minds.
