Barbara's practice encompasses all aspects of employment law. She represents both employers and employees in civil litigation in state and federal courts in Ohio. In addition, Barbara advises employers with respect to human resources issues and compliance with state and federal labor laws and conducts independent employment investigations. She has appeared before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission and the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Barbara is also experienced in appellate work.
