Jaelynn Roberts

Based in Dublin, Ohio, attorney Jaelynn Roberts is an associate at Greco Law, whose practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption and post-decree modifications. She approaches each file with a balance of careful legal analysis and sensitivity to the personal stakes involved. She guides clients through negotiations, mediations and court proceedings while prioritizing practical solutions that reflect the family’s needs and long-term welfare.

Listening closely to clients and responding with clear, timely communication forms the core of Ms. Roberts’ approach. In building parenting plans, addressing support issues or resolving asset divisions, she works to create an environment where clients feel heard and informed, tailoring advocacy to align legal strategy with their priorities and desired outcomes.

Early experience at Greco Law shaped much of Ms. Roberts’ practical training. She began at the firm as a paralegal immediately after completing her undergraduate degree, continued as a law clerk during school and now serves as an associate – an arc that provided sustained exposure to a wide array of family law matters and courtroom procedures. That continuity has helped her develop strong drafting, case management and advocacy skills.

A native of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Ms. Roberts completed a Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies at the University of Toledo in two and a half years, graduating magna cum laude and making the dean’s list each semester. She returned to the University of Toledo College of Law on a full-ride Law Equal Opportunity Grant, participated in Delta Theta Phi and earned her J.D., graduating cum laude. Admission to the Ohio bar followed in 2022.

Active in the local legal community, Ms. Roberts holds membership in the Columbus Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association. Outside the office, she prioritizes family time and church involvement, and draws on those personal supports when advising clients through difficult transitions.
