Details

Jami S. Oliver is the founder of Oliver Law Office in Dublin, Ohio, which she launched in 2000 with a clear mission: to seek justice for individuals and families harmed by the negligence or misconduct of others. More than two decades later, she remains committed to that philosophy, guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives and fighting for the compensation and accountability they deserve.

A highly respected attorney, Ms. Oliver has earned recognition both locally and nationally for her work in personal injury and wrongful death cases. She is regularly featured in media outlets and has been consistently recognized by her peers as one of Ohio’s premier trial lawyers. Her practice extends beyond personal injury to include cases involving employment discrimination, labor disputes, whistleblower claims, drug recalls, defective products and complex class actions.

Since earning her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Ms. Oliver has built a reputation as a passionate advocate who blends legal knowledge with compassion for her clients. She and her team are known for taking on powerful corporations, employers and insurance companies, ensuring that ordinary people have a strong voice in the justice system.

Ms. Oliver is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. She is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association for Justice, where she has contributed since 2000. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice.

At the heart of Ms. Oliver’s practice is the belief that every client deserves personal attention, thoughtful counsel and a tireless advocate who will pursue justice with skill and integrity.
