Nicholas Mitchell is an associate attorney at N.P. Weiss Law, located in Elyria and South Euclid, Ohio, where he represents clients in a real estate, construction, and probate litigation matters. Mr. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, he was an active member of the legal community, participating in the CMLAW Moot Court Team and the Federal Bar Association Student Chapter. He also contributed to public service through his work with the Community Advocacy Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in helping individuals navigate legal challenges at a grassroots level. His time in law school helped him develop not only his litigation skills but also a deep understanding of how the law impacts people’s everyday lives.
Before attending law school, Mr. Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Marietta College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. This academic background laid the groundwork for his interest in public systems, governance and legal problem-solving.
Mr. Mitchell was admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association and maintains active memberships with both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Lorain Bar Association. He continues to engage with the legal community through professional development and networking.
