David A. Chicarelli

David Anthony Chicarelli is an attorney at the Law Office of David A. Chicarelli Co., LPA, which is based in Franklin, Ohio. With over seven years of legal experience, he serves clients in Dayton, Franklin, Springboro, Miamisburg and Kettering in Ohio. He represents clients mainly with matters involving criminal defense, personal injury, and divorce and custody cases. 

In addition to working on many high-profile criminal law cases, Mr. Chicarelli serves as a prosecutor in many municipalities. He also provides sound counsel to models, bands, rappers and celebrities. He serves as a zealous and tireless advocate for the rights of his clients who have been accused of wrongdoing or who have been harmed due to someone else’s negligent actions. 

Graduating cum laude and with dean’s list honors, Mr. Chicarelli obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and post-soviet Russian politics from Miami University. He was the recipient of the Distinguished Howard White Award in Political Science and was a member of the Miami University Associated Student Government, the Miami University Student Judiciary and the Golden Key International Honor Society. 

Mr. Chicarelli attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law - Illinois Institute of Technology and earned his Juris Doctor with dean’s list honors and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing. While in law school, he served as a legal assistant at the Law Office of David A. Chicarelli Co., LPA. He interned at the Law Department of Chicago’s Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division and at the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender’s Felony Trial Division. 

Moreover, Mr. Chicarelli served as an intern at the Chicago-Kent College of Law’s in-house law firm in the Criminal Defense Litigation Clinic. He is an active member in his legal community and has memberships in various legal associations, including the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association. 

Recognized for his work in the field of law, Mr. Chicarelli has been included to the list of Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers.
