Hunter G. Cavell

Hunter’s practice includes successful representation of businesses and individuals in real estate litigation, and business litigation & formation matters. His practice covers a variety of subject matters, from representing the first-time home buyers who got a bad deal from unscrupulous sellers to small and middle market business disputes, to handling contract disputes in arbitration, to reviewing international contract disputes. Hunter represents clients in all courts throughout the State of Ohio in commercial and real estate areas. Hunter’s practice also includes acting as outside general counsel to small and middle market Ohio businesses. Hunter is focused on dispute resolution and resolving client matters in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.

Mr. Cavell holds a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2013. Preceding his legal studies, he graduated with a B.S. from Elon University in 2010, establishing a robust groundwork for his flourishing legal career. Having successfully passed the bar in 2013, he has been admitted to practice law in Ohio and continues to excel in his field. 

Actively associated with the legal community, Mr. Cavell is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Additionally, he contributes to legal discourse through insightful articles, delving into topics like the nationwide impact of Florida's Stand Your Ground Laws and the application of the adoptive business records exception to hearsay in Ohio courts.
