Jose A. Juarez, Jr.

For nearly a decade, attorney Jose A. Juarez Jr. has been a partner and co-founder of Bartell, Georgalas & Juarez, L.P.A. Co., a firm he established after gaining extensive experience within some of the nation's most prominent and highly regarded legal practices. He focuses his practice on criminal law and immigration law and serves clients throughout the state, with a particular emphasis on Cleveland.

Mr. Juarez’s commitment to immigration law is deeply personal, stemming from his own family's immigrant journey. With a major in political science, Mr. Juarez received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. He then pursued his legal studies at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2016. In the same year, he was licensed to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

During his time in law school, Mr. Juarez earned a place on the dean's list. He also embarked on a pivotal journey to the U.S.-Mexico border, where he aided women and young children fleeing their countries of origin in search of asylum within the United States.

Deeply engaged with the legal fraternity, Mr. Juarez is committed member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Furthermore, distinguished as an adept author, he imparts his vast knowledge through his written works on immigration law. He has received a "Good" rating on Avvo for his notable legal services.
