Paul B. Daiker

Attorney Paul B. Daiker is the founder and owner of Paul Daiker Attorney at Law located in Cleveland, Ohio. A top-rated trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Daiker has handled a wide range of legal matters throughout the course of his career. He currently focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense, but he also represents clients with their legal needs involving family law, as well as cases involving civil protection orders.

A 1990 graduate of Vanderbilt University in Tennessee, Mr. Daiker attended Cleveland State University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. While in law school, he served with the Cleveland State Law Review.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Daiker has several publications to his credit, and he has conducted numerous lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics involving DUI/OVI, traffic laws, legal ethics and other subjects. He has also served as a member of the adjunct legal faculty at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he has instructed criminal procedure classes.

Early in his career, Mr. Daiker served as a prosecutor for Moreland Hills. From this experience, he gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system, allowing him to devise the most effective defense strategies possible for those he serves. Whether focusing on criminal defense, family law or personal injury matters, Mr. Daiker always has his clients' rights and best interests at heart, and he is equally effective negotiating favorable terms for his clients in lieu of going to court.
