Mr. Tittle focuses his work on medical malpractice, along with representing individuals who are victims of auto accidents, nursing home abuse, wage and hour violations and more. He represents clients throughout Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Erie, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.
Mr. Tittle received a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating magna cum laude from both institutions. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio state courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Tittle has obtained million- and multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients. These outcomes have led to recognition within the legal profession including being named a member of the Nation's Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and being included in the Global Directory of Who's Who.
Mr. Tittle is active in many legal organizations including the West Shore Bar Association, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association for Justice, along Cleveland-Marshall's Alumni Association. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association for Justice and serves on the membership committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Tittle serves in a variety of roles. He is a member of the board of directors of Teen Leadership Corps, an Ohio nonprofit organization and is also on the board of directors of HansonHouse, Ohio's oldest traumatic brain injury clubhouse.
