Jack Morrison, Jr.

Jack Morrison, Jr., President of Amer Cunningham Co., L.P.A., has over 28 years of experience handling complex litigation, including intellectual property and class action litigation, in both state and federal courts. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and awards and has handled cases representing both the public and private sector. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1981; his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, Finance, from the University of Akron; and his A.A., Liberal Arts, from the University of Maryland. He served as President of the Akron Bar Association in 2000-2001, lectures frequently on a variety of legal topics, and has received many awards for his professional accomplishments.
