James works with clients to put the right estate plan in place and avoid the costly and time consuming probate process. In situations where probate is necessary, James guides clients' families through the probate administration process so the family can get access to the assets sooner and continue to move forward with their lives. James' clients come from all walks of life and all economic backgrounds with many owning real estate. The titling of real estate can have lasting impacts on taxes, ownership, and inheritance. James can help clients ensure they have marketable for their property so they can close on their property.
James is a 2019 graduate of the a University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is also the winner of the College of Law's Eugene M. Corbin Memorial Award. James has been a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Law Alumni Board since graduating law school.
James currently lives in Westwood with his wife and children. When he is not assisting his children with LEGO creations, he enjoys hiking, gaming, and golf.
