Michelle Lynn Kranz has been a member of the Ohio law firm Zoll & Kranz, LLC, for more than 20 years, focusing on mass torts, personal injury, pharmaceutical and product liability, municipal law, antitrust, construction law and contract litigation. She has extensive experience litigating before state, federal and appellate courts and has handled numerous high-profile cases. Attorney Michelle Kranz accepts clients nationwide.
Attorney Kranz's achievements have allowed her the opportunity to serve on the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for Tenofovir Cases (JCCP 5043), in the Biomet M2a Magnum Hip Implant MDL, the Plaintiff's Steering Committee on Text Messaging Antitrust Litigation and as a liaison counsel. Michelle is a part of the Plantiffs' Executive Committee Member for the TRT MDL. She is also the Liaison Counsel for the DePuy ASR Hip Implant MDL, as well as on the Settlement Oversight Committee. A strong advocate for patient rights, Ms. Kranz looks forward to taking complex medical and personal injury cases.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in 1990, graduating cum laude, Attorney Michelle Kranz earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1993. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 6th and 7th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kranz is a Past President of the Toledo Bar Association. Education is also important and she stays involved with her former law school, serving on the Dean's Advisory Board and on the Executive Committee of the University of Toledo College of Law's Alumni Affiliate and is Past President of the UT Law's Alumni Affiliate. Ms. Kranz is a member of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Fulton County Bar Association.
