Juliette Gaffney Dame

Attorney Juliette Gaffney Dame is a partner with Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima, which has office locations in Lebanon, West Chester, Cincinnati and Oxford, Ohio, as well as in Florence, Kentucky. Working primarily out of the firm's Cincinnati location, Ms. Dame provides exceptional counsel and support to clients throughout her region who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Well versed in mediation and collaborative law, Ms. Dame prefers to help her clients resolve their conflicts and reach favorable agreements without the need for expensive, contentious and time-consuming court battles. Having served as guardian ad litem for children in divorce proceedings, she understands the value in keeping children out of such situations; however, she also has an extensive amount of trial experience borne from her years as a prosecutor, so she will not hesitate to take her clients' issues to court when necessary.

A 1996 graduate of Drew University, where she was a dean's list scholar, Ms. Dame obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and she is an active member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the Butler County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
