A 2011 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Ms. Brueckner obtained her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where she served as symposium editor of the school's law review. She was also a semi-finalist at the Dan Guy Appellate Advocacy Competition, and she received honors for her excellent academic achievements.
Ms. Brueckner is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and she is an active member of the Cincinnati Bar Association as well as the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, where she serves with the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
