Jefferey R. Stiffler

Jefferey R. Stiffler brings over a decade of legal experience to his role as a partner at his law firm Heck & Stiffler, Ltd., located in Mansfield, Ohio. He joined the firm in 2018 with a commitment to leverage his background for the benefit of injured residents in Ohio. His legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum of areas including personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims, bankruptcy, and both juvenile and criminal matters. In 2021, he ascended to the position of partner, reflecting his dedication and the broadening scope of his legal work.

Raised in North Central Ohio, Mr. Stiffler has maintained strong community ties. His early life in Crestline, Ohio, shaped his values and commitment to his local community. An honors graduate of Crestline High School, he continued his education at Heidelberg University, where he excelled academically and athletically, earning cum laude honors and significant recognition in varsity football. His pursuit of legal education led him to Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2008.

After completing his education, Mr. Stiffler returned to Mansfield and North Central Ohio, where he began his legal career focused on personal injury and bankruptcy law. His deep understanding of these areas has allowed him to effectively advocate for those experiencing significant challenges.  In 2018, Mr. Stiffler transitioned to his current position, becoming partner in 2021 with Heck & Stiffler. 

Mr. Stiffler is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. His bar admissions include Ohio and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio. His commitment to justice is underscored by his continuous efforts to enhance his knowledge and adapt to the evolving legal landscape, ensuring comprehensive representation for his clients across multiple practice areas.
