Jefferey R. Stiffler

Mr. Stiffler focuses his practice primarily on representing those injured by the negligence or intentional acts of others.  For more than a decade, Jeff has dedicated himself to helping injured clients recover for their losses ranging from car accidents, slip/trip and falls, and dog bites to intentional acts, such as assaults.  Mr. Stiffler also maintains a general civil litigation practice, representing clients in transactional disputes and various other civil matters.  Jeff also helps individuals obtain a fresh start through filing bankruptcy and also handles misdemeanor criminal cases including OVI/DUI matters.  Mr. Stiffler is a member of the Ohio Association of Justice and the Richland County Bar Association.  He is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Ohio.  

Mr. Stiffler graduated from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Norther University and received his bachelor's degree from Heidelberg University, where he was a four-year varsity letterman in football.  Jeff was named Partner at The Heck Law Offices in 2021.
