Marvin A. Robon

Marvin A. Robon has been a stalwart champion for his clients’ security, futures and well-being for over half a century, pursuing every available legal avenue to help achieve their goals expeditiously and in an amicable fashion. A managing member of Barkan & Robon Ltd. in Maumee, Ohio, he serves residents across the surrounding region and throughout Toledo and Lucas County in various matters of real estate, business, and civil litigation, including personal injuries, bankruptcy, leasing and development, banking, commercial real estate, and more.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Robon has made mammoth strides early on, trying many jury cases to conclusions and helping clients with many real estate and business law issues. Some of the high-profile cases he has handled include the sale of the Commodore Island Condominiums, a successful jury trial involving a wrongful death by electrocution, and a victory at a federal appeals court regarding a medical helicopter that severely injured a nurse, among many others.

Understanding the plight of his clients, Mr. Robon strives to take on all their legal burdens so they can focus on themselves and their loved ones during this difficult time. Fighting tooth and nail to help his clients move on to greener pastures, he maintains consistency in his tenacious work ethic and employs a methodical approach to give his clients an effective defense. Mr. Robon completed his undergraduate studies in 1963, graduating with his B.S.B.A. degree with honors from Bowling Green State University. He went on to attend The University of Toledo College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1966, as well as his license to practice in Ohio.

Within his legal community, Mr. Robon maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Toledo Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
