Jennifer Elizabeth Peck

Jennifer Elizabeth Peck is partner at Solomon, Steiner & Peck, Ltd., and handles legal issues of Medicaid planning, special needs planning, estate planning and elder law. Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, she represents clients in Cuyahoga County in Ohio and the Cleveland metropolitan area.

Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 1993, Ms. Peck started her career with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from John Carroll University. She graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, she  was on the Law Review and received honors from the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence. 

Ms. Peck is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, and has lectured for several organizations. These include the Continuing Legal Education program of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Business Institute, Cuyahoga Community College and the Ohio Society of CPAs’ Annual Accounting Show.  She is Chair of the Advance Directives and Estate Planning Committee of the Geauga County Bar Association.

As a law student, Ms. Peck worked at a probate and estate planning law firm, which spurred her interest in these matters. She developed an understanding of how complex the tax code is, and she enjoys the personal satisfaction that is gained through helping families plan for their futures and aiding them through difficult emotional times.
