A graduate of Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Ms. DiSilvio previously worked as a registered nurse. This experience provides Ms. DiSilvio with a special insight into medical malpractice and health care, and has continued to inform her career as a litigator.

Ms. DiSilvio has tried more than 50 medical malpractice cases. She is currently admitted to practice in Ohio state courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Her work on behalf of her clients has led to numerous awards and recognition from her peers. Ms. DiSilvio has been listed in the publications "Best Lawyers in America"* and "Marquis Who's Who of American Women." She was selected to join the American Board of Trial Advocates and has published works in various legal journals.

Active in professional organizations, Ms. DiSilvio has served as president of the Ohio Women's Bar Foundation and Co-Chair of the Ohio Women's Bar Foundation Leadership Institute. Ms. DiSilvio is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Women's Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association co-chairing various events for the Women in Law Section. Fluent in English and Italian, Ms. DiSilvio is active in the National Italian American Bar Association and The Justinian Forum, an organization for Italian American attorneys and judges in Northeast Ohio.

Ms. DiSilvio helped found an Ohio advisory group for the National Museum of Women in the Arts and  serves on the board of directors for The Gathering Place, an organization that helps families who have been touched by cancer. She also serves on the American Heart Association Go Red Luncheon Executive Committee.
