My practice is focused on helping those that have been seriously injured as a result of someone else's negligence. The process of presenting an injury claim as well as the litigation of a disputed matter are both very complicated and confusing processes for most injury victims. I take pride in knowing that I can make that process easier and more understandable for my clients and in the fact that I am results oriented in my practice. I enjoy fighting for the rights of the injury victim and am both honored and privileged to help them in such a difficult time.

Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):
- 1.9 Million Dollar Settlement for Wrongful Death of 39 year old wife and mother-The Plaintiff was killed in a motor vehicle accident where the Defendant went left of center.
- 1.85 Million Dollar Settlement for 59 year old man struck by semi tractor trailer-Client, age 59, suffered severe and permanent injuries in a motor vehicle accident where the Defendant semi-tractor trailer went left on center while rounding a curve in the road on a two lane highway. The entire left side of the client's body was crushed as a result of the impact. His injuries included a head injury, fractured facial bones, a punctured lung, multiple broken ribs, lacerated spleen, and shattered elbow and knee which required numerous surgeries. As a result of his injuries, he was unable to return to work.
- $321,000 – Our client suffered cervical disc herniation, which required surgery after the driver of a tractor-trailer turned in front of the victim’s vehicle, causing a collision.
- $265,000 – Client had severe lacerations and fractured foot due to a defective lawnmower.
- $250,000 – Client was struck from behind by the defendant while riding her bicycle. Client suffered fractured ribs, a lacerated liver, a fractured leg and fractured vertebrae in the spine.
- $240,000 settlement in motor vehicle accident- Client, age 21, was struck head on by when the Defendant lost control and came left of center. Client suffered a broken arm, a broken left leg, and ruptured spleen which required multiple surgeries.
- $236,000 – Client injured due to the negligent store owner for failing to clean a spill on the floor. Client suffered a fractured neck and a fractured hip.
- $200,000 – Motor vehicle accident where defendant went left of center hitting the client head-on causing fractured ribs, torn ligaments in the knee and two fractured ankles.
- $175,000 – Our Client was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer, which forced the victim’s vehicle off the road. Our client suffered a severe concussion, brain bleeding and back and neck injuries.
- $150,000 – Client injured as a passenger on a bus, when bus driver unnecessarily swerved. Client suffered torn ligaments in the knee.
- $150,000 – Client was injured in two automobile collisions that occurred one right after the other resulting in a fractured leg that required surgical repair.
- $130,000 – Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a fractured skull and concussion.
- $126,000 – Client injured when other driver came left of center striking client head-on. Client suffered fractured shoulders and severe lacerations to the head.
- $70,000 Defendant failed to yield at a stop sign and crashed into the plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered a crushed right arm, hand and wrist, a concussion, neck and back pain and facial lacerations.
