  • Confidential Settlement – Medical Malpractice – Ohio Recovery for an elderly man who now has advanced stage kidney disease because his family doctor failed to review and respond to abnormal blood tests that had been ordered for many years. Client will now likely need dialysis or a kidney transplant.
