Justin M. Fox

The founder and owner of The Fox Law Firm LLC, Justin M. Fox handles a variety of legal matters for individuals and businesses across the state of Ohio. From the firm's office in Columbus, Mr. Fox assists clients who are considering the purchase of residential or commercial real estate, and his estate planning practice encompasses the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

Mr. Fox has experience in general civil litigation, including business disputes and fraud. His commercial practice involves business formation, the preparation of bylaws and operating agreements, contract negotiation and review, and business dissolutions.

An Ohio native, Mr. Fox attended Capital University as an undergraduate and obtained a bachelor's degree in business and marketing. While there, he lettered on its NCAA Division III football team. He then enrolled at Capital University Law School and earned his Juris Doctor in 2013. During his time in law school, he served several internships, including one with the Office of the Ohio Public Defender, another with a Columbus bankruptcy law firm and yet another with the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Mr. Fox also participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Fox is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts. He stays on top of current developments in his practice areas by his memberships in professional organizations, including the Columbus Bar Association.
