Peter S. Kirner

Peter S. Kirner is a partner at Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A., located in North Royalton, Ohio, where he has practiced law since 2006. Over his career, he has built a reputation for unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and practical solutions. His diverse practice encompasses domestic relations, including divorce, dissolution, custody disputes, guardians ad litem and mediation. 

Mr. Kirner also represents clients in criminal misdemeanor cases and traffic violations, as well as OVI charges. In addition, he handles landlord-tenant evictions and debt collection matters, offering strategic advocacy across a broad spectrum of legal concerns. Known for his attentive approach, he prioritizes clear communication and timely responses, striving to return every call or email within 24 hours. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association in 2006, Mr. Kirner earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Earlier, he graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in retail, complemented by a minor in management. Beyond his legal practice, he actively contributes to professional and community organizations. He serves on the board of the Center for Principled Advocacy and holds a board position with the Wakefield Run Homeowners Association. 

Mr. Kirner’s leadership roles with the Parma Bar Association include trustee (2008–2010), vice president (2010–2011) and president (2012–2013). Additionally, he is an active member and current chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Fee Dispute Resolution Committee after serving as vice chair and committee member. From 2004 to 2012, he participated in Cuyahoga County’s Central Committee for Ward 8G.
