Trevor Paul Van Berkom

Trevor Paul Van Berkom is the founder of Van Berkom Law Office, LLC, in Perrysburg, Ohio. He assists injured workers and their families in the Toledo metro with various legal issues related to workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. 

Representing people in jury trials, administrative hearings, arbitration cases and mediations, Mr. Van Berkom is a conscientious and diligent attorney. He is empathetic to his clients’ needs and strives to reach a resolution with their best interests in mind. With his immense knowledge of the law, he ensures his clients are aware of every step in the legal process and that each case is resolved effectively. He assists people from various walks of life – construction workers, firefighters, health care workers and police officers.

Earning his B.B.A. from the University of North Dakota in 1989, Mr. Van Berkom went on to earn his law degree in 1992 from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was licensed to practice the same year. Practicing solely in worker injury law for almost 22 years, he is well-versed in the legal and medical issues related to Social Security Disability and workers’ compensation claims. A licensed practitioner for almost three decades now, he is authorized to practice law in all the state courts of Ohio and North Dakota.
