Lori A. Luka

Since 2000, attorney Lori A. Luka has been known to behave compassionately and tenaciously while representing her personal injury clients in Rocky River, Ohio. As a principal and a dedicated attorney at the Lazzaro Luka Law Offices, LLC, she efficiently litigates cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, unsafe premises, slip/fall injuries, workplace accidents, spine and brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents and dog attacks. 

Ms. Luka brings a unique perspective to her practice – one shaped by personal tragedy and a steadfast commitment to justice. Having witnessed the devastating loss of her father due to medical negligence and her grandmother being abused at a nursing home facility, she understands firsthand the pain and frustration that can arise when seeking accountability for wrongdoing. She firmly believes that her role extends beyond the courtroom; she is a voice for those who have suffered injustice.

At Youngstown State University, Ms. Luka graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in political science in 1997. Later in 2000, she secured her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her license to practice law in Ohio. A year later, she was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She worked at several other law firms before joining Lazzaro Luka Law Offices, LLC, as an associate in 2008.

A prestigious member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), Ms. Luka is affiliated with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Italian American Bar Association and the Westshore Bar Association. She was also appointed as a trustee of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association in 2003.

Ms. Luka published an article for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Journal of Law and Health. She has also been part of several speaking engagements. Moreover, she has acted as a mentor for the Ohio Supreme Court Mentoring Program.
