Kevin Quinlan

Before pursuing law, Mr. Quinlan built a career as a medical device professional, participating in more than 5,000 surgical procedures. That firsthand exposure to the operating room instilled in him a rare clinical fluency that would later distinguish his legal work. Determined to merge his medical background with advocacy for the injured, he enrolled at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, setting his sights on becoming a trial attorney capable of handling the most complex catastrophic injury matters.

Following law school, Mr. Quinlan developed a diverse litigation practice, concentrating heavily on medical malpractice. He has appeared before state, federal and appellate courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court, building a reputation for meticulous preparation and courtroom command.

It was a deeply personal case, however, that shaped Mr. Quinlan’s commitment to personal injury law: representing a minor who had suffered sexual abuse in an after-school program. Securing a substantial settlement for her and her family revealed to him the profound impact this work could have on shattered lives. 

Since then, Mr. Quinlan has resolved hundreds of personal injury cases, approaching each with compassion and relentless determination. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Quinlan is a devoted husband and father who remains actively engaged in his community. Since 2021, he has served on the board of directors of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton and has also been recognized as an honoree of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
