Victor P. Kademenos

For more than 40 years, Attorney Kademenos has worked tirelessly for his clients, as though they were family members.  

He is a certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation by the Ohio State Bar. Attorney Kademenos has fought in local courts as well as the Ohio Supreme Court and won. Victor KademeneKademenos has won numerous awards for his legal knowledge and professionalism. He also has held leadership positions in his field, including serving as chairman of the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee. He has also served on the Special Legislative Committee for Workers’ Compensation Legislation in the state of Ohio..

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kademenos grew up as the son of Greek immigrant parents who taught him the value of education and hard work. He began his undergraduate studies at Ohio University in their pre-med program. Following some soul searching, he decided to pursue another path. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics with Honors. Though accepted to medical school at Ohio State University, Kademenos followed his heart and went on to earn a law degree from Ohio State University.

Upon graduation, Victor Kademenos served as a Captain in the United States Army Adjutant General Corps. His first position as a civilian attorney was as an associate with the firm of Calhoun and Benzin located in Mansfield, Ohio. William Calhoun, an ex-FBI agent, had founded the firm in 1946. Kademenos took over as senior partner in 1991. He then expanded the practice into Sandusky, Port Clinton, Mansfield Vermillion, Huron, and Norwalk. In 2017, the law firm of Doly & Zeiher, excellent local attorneys, merged and the new name is Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright Co. LPA.
