Steven M. Goldberg is the founder and principal attorney of Goldberg Legal Co., LPA, where he represents individuals and families in complex medical malpractice, product liability, catastrophic injury, and mass tort litigation. With more than 37 years of experience, he has litigated high-stakes cases in state and federal courts nationwide, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Goldberg’s recent work includes securing a $2.5 million settlement—structured to provide more than $4.3 million in total recovery—on behalf of the Estate of Devon R. Cook in a wrongful death case involving a public entity, after successfully defeating political subdivision immunity at the trial court and appellate levels, with the Ohio Supreme Court declining further review and leaving those rulings intact.
