In just over a decade, Nicholas Weiss has made mammoth strides within his legal community through his efficacious practice that emphasizes personalized attention, meticulous focus and enthusiastic zeal in seeing his clients free of their legal woes and on to better opportunities in their futures. At N.P. Weiss Law in South Euclid, Ohio, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region in important legal matters involving family law, real estate, estate planning and consumer law, among others. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. 

Mr. Weiss completed his undergraduate studies at The College of Wooster, graduating in 2009 with his bachelor’s degree in international relations. He went on to attend the Case Reserve University School of Law, where his academic and legal acumen was evident quite early through the recognitions he accumulated during this time, including winning the William E. Davis prize for excellence in trial advocacy while competing at the Case Western Reserve’s Mock Trial Competition. He also served as senior editor of the Case Journal of International Law, where his note on the prosecution of international war crimes in the United States and Canada was published. 

After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2013, Mr. Weiss earned his license to practice law in Ohio the same year, and he later gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Ohio Supreme Court.
