Nathan Stuckey

Nathan Stuckey is the founder of The Stuckey Firm, LLC.  Nathan is a highly experienced personal injury attorney, handling matters involving truck/car/motorcycle crashes, wrongful death, animal bites and premises liability.  With offices in Springfield, Columbus and Wheeling (WV), The Stuckey Firm serves clients throughout the states of Ohio and West Virginia.

Nathan has years of experience practicing personal injury law and has helped clients recover millions of dollars for injuries and losses suffered as a result of the actions of others.  Nathan is passionate about pursuing and protecting the rights of the injured and provides dedicated and aggressive representation.

In recognition of his accomplishments, The National Trial Lawyers as well as The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys named Nathan one of the “top 40 under 40” and “top 100 trial lawyers” multiple years in a row. 

Active in the legal community, Nathan is a member of The Ohio Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, and Clark County Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association.   Having previously been a trustee and executive committee member for both the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association as well as The Ohio Association for Justice, Nathan will serve as President of The Ohio Association for Justice in 2024-2025.  

Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College and received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.  He holds a license to practice law before all Ohio courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  Nathan spends all of his free time with family as well as within the community coaching youth football and basketball.
