Blanca N. Wheeler

Blanca N. Wheeler is an associate attorney at Mockensturm, Ltd., in Toledo, Ohio, where she practices bankruptcy, divorce, estate planning and tax law. She represents clients throughout northwestern Ohio, including the Toledo and Lima metropolitan areas and Lucas County.

In her practice, Ms. Wheeler handles a wide variety of cases in different areas of law. Working primarily in bankruptcy, business, litigation and tax law, she also helps clients resolve issues in divorce, employment law, estate planning, family law and probate. She provides dedicated and professional representation, committed to achieving the best possible resolution for her clients.

Ms. Wheeler is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in social psychology with a minor in Spanish language and literature. She subsequently graduated with honors from The University of Toledo with a master’s degree in liberal studies.

In 2016, Ms. Wheeler earned her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While attending law school, she participated in the Beijing Foreign Studies-Wanhuida Cup Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition and was a teaching assistant in a contracts course.

Ms. Wheeler holds licenses to practice law before all Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Tax Court. Outside of serving clients and managing her law practice, she stays active in her local legal community. She is a member of the Wood County Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association.
