Attorney Profile

Kelle Saull founded Saull Law Office in 2008, the day after she passed the bar. She started her career in a small brick building on her own, knowing her passion was helping others and the less fortunate. The phone started ringing and it hasn't stopped since. The firm continued to grow and has now expanded into a two location, three- Attorney, eight-person law firm and title agency serving individuals throughout the State of Ohio.

Kelle practices in the areas of domestic relations, criminal law and personal injury law. She handles complex personal injury cases and has secured multiple large settlements for individuals severely injured in accidents, including a Plaintiff motorcyclist who was struck by a semi-truck driver and lived to tell about it. Kelle defends felonies and misdemeanors and defended a child rape case with a Defendant with diminished capacity fairly quickly out of law school, negotiating a plea for the Defendant that was very favorable.

Domestic relations law occupies most of her time and she has emerged as a complex divorce Attorney involved in multi-million dollar, complex divorces. But above all else, Kelle's passion is protecting those that cannot protect themselves, namely children. Kelle sits on the board of directors of Hannah's House in Upper Sandusky, a center for supervised visits and exchanges. She was an integral part of Hannah's House's formation and remains dedicated to its continued success. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for children in abuse, neglect and dependency cases. Kelle has removed several children from abusive homes by filing paperwork generally left for children services because she is determined to protect those that do not have a voice. She is not afraid to challenge the system when needed protections for children fall short. The cases of abused and neglected children in Wyandot and surrounding counties has skyrocketed with the onset of the opioid crisis and Kelle has made it her mission to protect the children who have fallen victim to this horrific "epidemic." She collaborated with the Court, prosecutors, probation, children services and social workers to ensure the children of Wyandot County were getting the services they needed in a time when our society is wrought with addiction. Due to these efforts, protocol was changed and children are now adequately and effectively protected. Living in the community in which she works, Kelle is determined to "protect her home turf."

Kelle's greatest accomplishment to date is her own three children, Ava, Taylor and Samuel. In the summer you will find nine-year old Ava interning in the Upper office and interacting with professionals with ease. Taylor and Samuel frequent the office throughout the year greeting clients and helping staff, following in their sister's footsteps.

Kelle's motto is that you make a mark on the world living within your gifts and leading by example. She will continue to do so and continue to protect individuals in the profession she loves, normally with a smile on her face.
