Jonathan N. Fox

Jonathan N. Fox is an experienced attorney at the law firm of Lyons & Lyons in West Chester Township, Ohio. Mr. Fox focuses his practice on criminal defense and handles all types of felonies and misdemeanors, as well as DUI and OVI matters. He represents individuals in West Chester, Fairfield, Hamilton, Middletown and Butler County.

Mr. Fox has over 30 years of legal experience. Although he concentrates the bulk of his practice on criminal defense, he also has experience with probate matters and personal injury cases involving automobile accidents and medical malpractice.  

Before becoming a practicing attorney, Mr. Fox worked as a trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and as a city of Monroe police officer. He trained in accident reconstruction and investigation and received certifications in field sobriety testing from the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Before joining Lyons & Lyons, Mr. Fox served in various prosecutorial roles for courts throughout Ohio and spent a decade serving as an acting judge in Butler County courts. These background experiences provide him with a distinct advantage when defending Ohio residents facing criminal charges.

Mr. Fox earned a bachelor’s degree from Capital University and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is licensed to practice law before all Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Supreme Court of the United States.
