She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Butler University’s Andre B. Lacy School of Business and later graduated from Indiana University Bloomington Maurer School of Law. During law school, she was managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif.

In addition to her formal education, Ms. Rolcik is a certified specialist in estate planning from the Ohio State Bar Association. Her prior legal experience includes working for a variety of private firms in Ohio and Texas. She founded her West Chester-based practice in 2011.
