Dianne DiNapoli Einstein

The founder of Einstein Law LLC, Dianne DiNapoli Einstein divides her practice between family law and labor and employment matters from the firm's office in Columbus, Ohio. Providing representation to clients throughout the central part of the state, she assists people who are facing the end of their marriages and who are dealing with divorce-related issues such as complex property division, alimony, child support, and child custody and visitation. In this regard, Ms. Einstein often uses her extensive training in collaborative divorce law and mediation as a means of resolving disputes without having to resort to litigation, although she is a fierce courtroom advocate for her clients when necessary. In addition to her divorce practice, she has prepared and reviewed prenuptial agreements, and she has also handled stepparent adoptions.

Ms. Einstein also has extensive employment law experience. She represents employees who have been the target of workplace sexual harassment as well as victims of job discrimination. The matters that she has handled in the area of discrimination have included those based on race, gender, pregnancy, age and disability. Ms. Einstein also provides assistance to people who have been wrongfully terminated or otherwise retaliated against by their employers.

A 1991 recipient of a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University, Ms. Einstein pursued her legal education at the University of Dayton School of Law. While there, she was an editor of the University of Dayton Law Review and was a tutor on the school's Academic Success Program before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 1996. Admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, Ms. Einstein has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and an "Excellent" peer review rating through Avvo. She is an active participant in the Columbus Bar Association.
