Kari R. Roush

Kari Roush’s practice focuses on technology transactions. Her work includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements regarding software licensing, Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”), payment processing services, electronic customer service support services, and text messaging platforms. She also writes and reviews terms of use and privacy policies and advises clients regarding TCPA compliance. Kari also has experience in general civil and complex commercial litigation, as well as commercial and consumer arbitration. Among other things, she has litigated TCPA claims and technology-related breaches of contract, including with regard to PCI compliance. Kari also has experience assisting clients with the protection of trade secrets.
