Attorney Ann S. Bergen is the founder and owner of The Law Offices of Ann S. Bergen in Willoughby, Ohio. A graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in political science, Ms. Bergen obtained her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and the Ohio State Bar Association admitted her to practice in 1992. A compassionate and caring attorney, she once served with The Legal Aid Society in Painesville, assisting those who may not be able to afford quality legal counsel before opening her own private practice in 1998.
Although she is a versatile attorney with extensive experience in many legal areas, Ms. Bergen's primary focus is on domestic relations matters, and she has served as an invaluable resource for those going through a divorce as well as domestic violence victims seeking protection from their abusers.
In all cases, Ms. Bergen strives to provide the highest level of personalized representation to all she serves while working hard to help them meet their needs and achieve their goals efficiently. Recognized for her service and professionalism, she received the Lake County Bar Association's President's Award in 2013 and the John C. and Ginny Elam Award from the Ohio State Bar Association in 2017.
Active in her legal community, Ms. Bergen is a member of the Geauga County and Ashtabula County bar associations along with the Lake County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
