Matthew Lallo

A partner at Lallo & Feldman Co., LPA, Matthew A. Lallo focuses his practice primarily on workers' compensation matters. From the firm's offices in Willoughby and Cleveland, Ohio, he provides representation to clients throughout the northeastern portion of the state who have been injured in workplace accidents or who have developed occupational diseases and are seeking their deserved benefits under their employer's workers' compensation insurance coverage. Mr. Lallo has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in workers' compensation law.

In addition to his workers' compensation practice, Mr. Lallo assists plaintiffs who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and dog bites. He also defends clients who have been charged by the state with misdemeanor or felony criminal offenses, including driving under the influence (OVI), drug possession and distribution, domestic violence, white collar crimes and assault.

An Ohio native, Mr. Lallo attended Miami University as an undergraduate, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science and Italian studies in 2006. Remaining in the state, he pursued his legal studies at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, part of Cleveland State University. Prior to being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2009, Mr. Lallo clerked for his present firm and for the City of Mentor's prosecutor's office where prosecuted some misdemeanor cases on behalf of the city.

In order to stay abreast of current developments in his practice areas, Mr. Lallo is an active participant in several professional organizations. His memberships include the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
